1.Poor manufacturing technology:the research on the manufacturing technology of precision stamping parts has accumulated a lot of proprietary technology in the world,especially in the century-old factory,and the technology accumulation has reached a very high level.However,China has little accumulation in the proprietary technology of precision stamping parts,and there is still a long way to go.

2.Short service life:The outstanding problem affecting the service life of precision stamping parts is the quality of materials and heat treatment.At present,because the price of imported steel is too expensive,most precision stamping parts are still made of domestic steel even if the output is not large.However,the poor quality of domestic steel,together with the unstable process control and quality of forging and heat treatment,leads to a large difference in the overall service life,which is generally 1/3 of that of foreign steel.

3.Poor analysis ability:The research on finite element numerical simulation technology and precision stamping force analysis simulation and verification technology for precision stamping process abroad has reached a high level,and has been applied to design verification and design verification of precision stamping parts,optimization of structure,etc.Although some universities and scientific research institutes in China have carried out basic research work in this field,there is still a certain gap in the application research of these technologies.

4.Low standardization:In order to improve the overall capacity of China's precision stamping industry and accelerate the development of industry norms,it is particularly important to formulate national or industrial standards for precision stamping in China based on the integration of world standards and the actual development of China's industry.
